FAIR LAWN PEE WEES, JUNIORS WIN TCYFL SUPER BOWLS; SENIORS ALSO ADVANCE TO CHAMPIONSHIP GAME, FALL TO KINNELON
All three of the Fair Lawn Football Association (FLFA) teams in the Tri-County Youth Football League -- the Pee Wees, Juniors and Seniors -- advanced to the Tri-County Youth Football League (TCYFL) Super Bowl this season, with the Pee Wee and Junior teams winning league championships on Sunday at Glen Rock High School. The Seniors made a great run in the playoffs, also advancing to the final round, but losing in the Super Bowl to Kinnelon, 34-13.
The Pee Wee team beat Kinnelon, 13-6, while the Juniors topped Franklin Lakes, 34-8.
